Order or Shipping Address Changes
After the item has shipped we are unable to intercept orders or change the delivery address.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive goods that are damaged, please inspect them carefully upon delivery. If the box is damaged beyond an acceptable state in transit and requires a signature, please request the driver to sign the delivery as “damaged” and you can refuse the delivery, and ask the courier to return it back to us, then, contact us as soon as possible.

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return an item once you have received it. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Once your return has been accepted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging when you return it.

Please note that return postage is not covered. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Note any refunds can take 5-10 days depending on your payment method.
